The Contractor shall provide a turnkey solution to include all parts, materials and services to upgrade the existing fuel management and dispensing system from a Windows 7 platform to a Windows 10 based platform. The existing fuel island terminal and associated components are not Windows 10 compatible. Additionally, the current system is experiencing outages that is directly effecting the dispensing and tracking of government fuel usage. Therefore, a new modern system is required to assist in the security, dispensing and tracking of government fuel usage for the government vehicle fleet at FCI Aliceville. Seismic zone requirements, environmental compliance, life safety, NFPA, OSHA, federal, state, local codes and regulations will be considered during all phases of this project. All work shall be completed, equipment tested and adjusted per manufacturers recommendations and accepted by the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and Contracting Officer (CO). FCI Aliceville’s hours of operation for this project will be Monday thru Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm., excluding Federal Holidays. All work must be scheduled within these working hours and time frame. Any work that is required outside of this schedule must be preapproved by the COR, and Contracting Officer prior to beginning of any work. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing their own means of loading and unloading contractor materials and equipment. At no time shall contractor materials or equipment being staged for institution entry or exit be allowed to block, impede or otherwise hinder the typical operations of the work area.
