The Federal Correctional Institution Aliceville is seeking a contractor that can provide services on (3) 500 ton Chillers / (2) 750 ton Cooling Towers and on a monthly basis provide services on our Siemens Apogee System. The Contractor shall be able to service and manage the listed items below but not exclusive: Take oil samples for laboratory analysis on each chiller Replace oil filters Install new oil filters Clean cooling towers / clean pump strainers Review monthly HVAC DDC system operation Provide software updates to Insight program for the Siemens Apogee Automation system The Federal Correctional Institution Aliceville is seeking a contractor that can provide services on (3) 500 ton Chillers / (2) 750 ton Cooling Towers and on a monthly basis provide services on our Siemens Apogee System.
