Performance will occur at the FCI Williamsburg Warehouse, 8301 U.S. Hwy 521, Salters, SC 29590, with deliveries accepted Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST, excluding federal holidays. Weekly deliveries are scheduled to begin October 5, 2026, and continue through December 31, 2026, under FOB Destination terms. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price agreement, with award based on past performance (most important) and price, evaluating recent and relevant similar food supply requirements. Quoters must follow all instructions, complete Section 17a of the SF1449, and submit pricing on the attached specification sheet.
