The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, located in Tallahassee, Florida, intends to issue solicitation 15B31422Q00000014 for the requirements of: QUARTERLY DAIRY ITEMS. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business set?aside. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 311511, Fluid Milk Manufacturing. This shall be a requirements type contract with firm fixed pricing. Delivery dates will begin May 9, 2022 and will be weekly between May 9, 2022 – June 30, 2022. Deliveries will be made to: Federal Correctional Institution, 501 Capital Circle, NE, Tallahassee, FL, 32301. The Government reserves the right to make single or multiple awards based on best value. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is most advantageous to the government based on best value. Best value will be determined by evaluating each quotation for one or more of the following: price, past performance, quality, comparison with other offers, and administrative cost. Each vendor is required to be registered in www.SAM.gov, complete with representations and certifications. The solicitation will be made available on or about April 8, 2022, and will be posted to: http://www.SAM.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is April 23, 2022; however, this is a projected estimate and offerors should refer to Page 1 of the solicitation (Block #8) for the actual date quotations are due.
