The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Tallahassee, Florida, intends to issue solicitation 15B31422Q00000003, for the requirements of: Subsistence Foods. Requirement includes all meals each day (breakfast, lunch and dinner), seven days/week to begin approximately October 1, 2021 through December 31 , 2021. This solicitation is restricted to 100% set aside for Small Business, FOB Destination, at the Federal Correctional Institution, 501 Capital Circle NE, Tallahassee, FL 32301. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be the most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about August 17, 2021, and will be posted to the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website, http://www.fbo.gov which is migrating to www.beta.SAM.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is September 2 , 2021. All quoters must be registered at the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) prior to award. Payment will be made using the government purchase card or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Upon request, vendors may be required to provide samples of product quoted, prior to award. Each offer must complete the FAR Provisions at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications section at the On-line Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov.
