The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Talladega, intends to issue a solicitation 15B31322Q00000012 for the requirements of: QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE - Dairy. FOB Destination, delivery dates will begin July 1, 2022 and end September 30, 2022. Deliveries will be made to Federal Correctional Institution, Talladega, 565 E Renfroe RD, Talladega, Alabama 35160. The contract type is firm -fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make a formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offer(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, price being rated higher than past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about June 14, 2022 and will be posted to the SAM.gov website: www.sam.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is June 23, 2022. Payments will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or via Government Purchase Card for awards of $10,000.00 or less. Each offer is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via the On line Representation and Certification Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov.
