The Federal Prison Camp in Pensacola, FL, intends to issue a firm-fixed price, sole source purchase order to AT&T (Bellsouth Telecommunications). This non-competitive action is being issued by Federal Prison Camp, Pensacola, FL, for the period of October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021. The FPC has a need for telephone services. The Government believes that AT&T (Bellsouth Telecommunications) is the only vendor that will satisfy the agency requirement with continuing telephone services. This is not a request for competitive quotes. This is a sole source procurement under the Simplified Acquistion Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition (FAR 6.302-1). The intent of this Special Notice is for informational purposes only. However, all information received before the close date of this notice will be considered by the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purchase of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement for future requirements.
