The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Miami Florida, intends to issue solicitation 15B30920Q00000014, for the requirements of: DAIRY. FOB Destination, delivery dates will begin Wednesday, July 1st, 2020, (then every Tuesday for a total of 13 weeks). Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, 15801 SW 137th Avenue, Miami, FL 33177. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer , conforming to the solicitation , that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. The solicitation is available today, June 2, 2020, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fbo.gov/ . Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/bids equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is FRIDAY, June 12, 2020 at 12:00 P.M. ET. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)/Purchase Card. Each Offer is required per Far 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certification via the On-line Representations and Certification Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov.
