The Federal Correctional Institution, Jesup Georgia intends to issue a solicitaion for the award of a firm fixed price contract for the replacement of plumbing fixtures/supplies. The brand name being requested or technically equal to existing equipment, and must match the exisiting equipment that is currently on site. Items offered must exactly match the specifications in this solicitation in order to maintain consistency within the facility. Pricing offered should include freight to ship the PLUMBING SUPPLIES/FIXTURES to the destination of the Federal Correctional Institution, Jesup Georgia. All payments by the Government to the contractor will be made in accordance with: 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-System for Award Management . Award will be made to the contractor(s) that will be able to provide the best value to the Government based on pricing and past performance. This is a 100% small business set aside. You must be registered in SAM as a small business (see FAR 52.219-1 in the Representations & Certifications section of your SAM registration.) Vendor will be required to have a Data Universal Numbering System Identifier (DUNS) number and also be registered in the System for Award Management (SAMS) system. The instructions are attached.
