The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Jesup, Georgia intends to issue a government purchase order for the provision of GAMEWELL System sensor equipment for the Federal Correctional Institution, Jesup Georgia upgrade of the Fire Alarm System.. This equipment is needed to upgrade and replace already existing equipment. Purchasing this equipment directly from the manufacture extends continued technical assistance services, and will not remove any protection and service assistance afforded to the Bureau. The contract type will be an definite delivery/requirements type contract. Any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer by August 29, 2022, 12:00 pm. This requirement will be awarded in accordance with the policies and procedures as set forth in FAR Part 13. All vendors are hereby notified that if your response is not received by the date and time specified in this notice, it will not be considered.
