This solicitation is unrestricted for business size. The Government contemplates award of a firm-fixed price requirements type contract from this solicitation. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s), whose offer conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be most advantageous to the Government based on past performance and price. Pricing will be FOB destination with a delivery date beginning July 19, 2019. The solicitation will be available on or about May 21, 2019 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site at http://www.fbo.gov. The site provides downloading instructions. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be distributed.
