The Federal Bureau of Prisons Metropolitan Detention Center Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, intends to issue solicitation 15B30624Q00000017 for the procurement of its 1st Quarter Bread for the FY-2025. Payments will be made using the Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) or the Government Purchase Card. Upon request, vendors may be required to provide samples of product quoted, prior to award. Each offer must complete the FAR Provisions at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications section at the On-line Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a written offer which will be considered for award. The solicitation will be made available on or about August 16, 2024, and will be posted through the System of Award Management Beta (Sam Beta) website at https://www.sam.gov/. The quote, signed by an individual authorized to bind the offer, must be submitted to the address contained within solicitation posting 10:00 am Atlantic Standard time with a due date of September 6, 2024. The anticipated date of award is on or about September 13, 2024. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available.
