The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Estill, South Carolina intends to issue solicitation 15B30520Q0000002 for the requirements of: QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE -DAIRY & EGGS. Please register under NAICS code 311811, 311812, 311999 and 311991 for this solicitation. Vendors registered under Sector 42-Wholesale Trade, will not be considered for award. Each vendor is required to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM); information can be obtained at www.sam.gov. FCI Estill will award to the responsible vendor(s) whose offer is the most advantageous to the Government. The Government reserves the right to utilize the Government purchase card for all transactions with a total order not exceeding $30,000.00. The solicitation will be made available on or about December 03, 2019 and will be posted to the General Services Administration’s Federal Business Opportunities website, http://www.fedbizopps.gov or http://beta.sam.gov. Hard Copies of the solicitation will not be available. This site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is December 17 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. This solicitation is unrestricted, FOB Destination, delivery dates will begin January 01, 2020 through March 31, 2020 (with exact dates shown within the solicitation). Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, 100 Prison Road, Estill, SC 29918. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Each offer is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via the On-line Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov.
