The Federal Correctional Institution, Estill, South Carolina intends to issue solicitation 15B30520Q00000011 to supply and install 84 new boiler tubes in a Hurst hot water boiler located at FCI Estill, SC. This solicitation is 100% set-a-side for small business. The Government contemplates award of a firm-fixed price type contract from this solicitation. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror, whose offer conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be most advantageous to the Government based on past performance and price. Pricing will be FOB destination with a delivery date on or before March 1, 2020. The solicitation will be available on or about January 24, 2020 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration’s Federal Business Opportunities web site at https://beta.sam.gov. The site provides downloading instructions. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be distributed.
