FCI Estill will award to the responsible vendor(s) whose offer is the most advantageous to the Government. The Government reserves the right to utilize the Government purchase card for all transactions with a total order not exceeding $30,000.00. The solicitation will be made available on or about December 20, 2019 and will be posted to the General Services Administration’s Federal Business Opportunities website, http://www.fedbizopps.gov or https://beta.sam.gov. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, 100 Prison Road, Estill, SC 29918. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
