Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a firm-fixed-price contract for the quarterly delivery of meat to the Federal Correctional Institution in Edgefield, South Carolina. The contract is restricted to 100% Small Business concerns. The first delivery is scheduled for on or around January 1, 2024, with the Government reserving the right to make weekly quantity adjustments. The solicitation will be available on or about November 14, 2023, on the Beta.SAM.gov website. The anticipated award date is December 4, 2023.
