Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a firm-fixed price contract for the quarterly delivery of meat to the Federal Correctional Institution in Edgefield, South Carolina. The delivery date is on or around April 1, 2023, with the contract effective that same date. The solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business vendors. The Government will award to the offer considered most advantageous, with past performance and price considered equally, and reserves the right to make multiple awards. All solicitation information will be distributed through the Beta.SAM.gov website.
