The Federal Bureau of Prisons requires quarterly dairy deliveries to its facility in Edgefield, South Carolina, with services performed at 501 Gary Hill Road. Deliveries are scheduled every Monday and Thursday, excluding holidays, beginning January 2, 2023, and must arrive before 2:00 pm. The contract is a firm-fixed price award made on an "all or none" basis, evaluating past performance and price equally.
