Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Federal Bureau of Prisons requires quarterly subsistence deliveries to the Federal Correctional Institution in Edgefield, South Carolina. The contract is a firm-fixed price type restricted to 100% Small Business, with deliveries to be made on or around January 1, 2023. The Government will award to the responsible quoter whose offer is most advantageous, with past performance and price considered equally, and reserves the right to make multiple awards. The solicitation will be made available on or about November 4, 2022. The anticipated award date is December 1, 2022.
