8(a) Sole Source (FAR 19.8)

The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Tri-County Transfer Station for landfill disposal services at FCI Edgefield in South Carolina. The services are required for the period from October 1, 2021, through September 30, 2022, and will be performed at the landfill's site, not on government property. Any firm believing it can meet the requirement must submit a detailed written statement of capability for government consideration. Contractors must be registered in the SAM database to facilitate payment. All information and amendments for this acquisition will be distributed solely through the Beta.SAM.gov website.
