Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Federal Bureau of Prisons requires quarterly dairy deliveries to its facility in Edgefield, South Carolina. Deliveries are scheduled for every Monday and Thursday, except holidays, beginning October 3, 2022, and must arrive before 2:00 pm. The contract is a firm-fixed price award on an all-or-none basis, with past performance and price considered equally. The solicitation will be available on or about August 8, 2022, on the Beta.SAM.gov website. The anticipated award date is September 15, 2022, for a contract effective October 1, 2022.
