Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Federal Bureau of Prisons requires quarterly dairy deliveries to its facility in Edgefield, South Carolina. Deliveries are to be made every Monday and Thursday, except holidays, beginning July 5, 2022, and must arrive before 2:00 pm. The contract is a firm-fixed price award on an "all or none" basis, with past performance and price considered equally. The anticipated award date is June 8, 2022, with performance starting July 1, 2022. All deliverables must be sent to the Federal Correctional Institution at 501 Gary Hill Road, Edgefield, South Carolina 29824.
