Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to procure quarterly meat for delivery to the Federal Correctional Institution in Edgefield, South Carolina. The delivery date is on or around April 4, 2022. This firm-fixed-price contract is restricted to 100% Small Business vendors. The Government will award to the offer considered most advantageous, with past performance and price considered equally, and reserves the right to make multiple awards. The anticipated award date is March 14, 2022, with an effective contract date of April 1, 2022.
