Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Federal Bureau of Prisons requires quarterly deliveries of common fare and kosher food items to the Federal Correctional Institution in Edgefield, South Carolina, with the first delivery on or around January 3, 2022. The contract is restricted to 100% Small Business and is a firm-fixed price type, with the government intending an all-or-none award for kosher meals. Offers will be evaluated with past performance and price considered equally. Vendors must submit required certification letters with their quotes and be registered in the System for Award Management.
