8(a) Sole Source (FAR 19.8)

The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Bellsouth Telecommunications to provide phone services for the Federal Correctional Institution and its Camp in Edgefield, South Carolina. The services are required for the performance period of October 1, 2021, through September 30, 2022. Any firm believing it can meet the requirement must submit a detailed written statement of capability for government evaluation. All responses and future information for this acquisition will be distributed solely through the Beta.SAM.gov website.
