This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5 and the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) as RFQ 030303 G3. The Government anticipates awarding this requirement as a Firm Fixed Price contract. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses and provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06. The North American Industry Classification System code is 238990 with a smal business size standard of $14 million. The requirement at FCI Edgefield is for a Fume Extractor with specific modifications that are only done by said vendor. The vendor will agree to adhere to all regulations and policies prescribed by FCI Edgefield and the Bureau of Prison during and after installation.
