Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Federal Bureau of Prisons requires quarterly deliveries of common fare and kosher food items to the Federal Correctional Institution in Edgefield, South Carolina, with the first delivery on or around July 1, 2021. The contract is a firm-fixed price type, restricted to 100% Small Business vendors, and the government intends to make an "all or none" award specifically for the kosher meals.
