SUMMARY OF WORK AND PLACE OF PERFORMANCE The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Coleman, Florida, located at 846 NE 54th Terrace, Coleman, Florida 33251, is soliciting a vendor to supply and deliver the refrigeration equipment and refrigerant identified within the Statement of Work. Installation of refrigeration units is not included in this SOW. Bidders should not include installation of these items in their proposals Vendor shall provide: • one (1) each of: Larkin condenser unit, model #: LCH0150LDBCDA0000, or FBOP approved equal. Condenser unit shall be: o 15 HP o 460 V, 3 PH o Low temperature, no options o Condenser price shall include one-year parts warranty, standard. • One (1) each of: Larkin evaporator unit, model # LEM0620DS4ECAB0403, or approved equal. Evaporator unit shall be: o Standard base o Mounted TXV (404A) o Liquid solenoid valve o Electric room thermostat o Medium profile walk-in evaporator/unit cooler o Electric defrost TE o PSC Motor 460/3/60 o Evaporator price shall include one-year parts warranty, standard. • Three (3) each of: B92-440 R404A-24 Refrigerant o In 24-pound disposable containers. o R404A HFC blend non-flammable • Vendor shall include delivery to the address above in their quote. Bid pricing to include delivery to FCC Coleman. Bids should not include sales tax, as the Federal Bureau of Prisons is a tax-exempt organization. FCC Coleman reserves the right to disqualify bids that provide equipment that does not meet the specifications herein.
