The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Federal Correctional Complex in Coleman, Florida located at 846 NE 54th Terrace, Coleman FL 33521, is soliciting for the acquisition of three (3) industrial clothes dryers. The solicitation is for a single contract with a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) with the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code is 335220, with a small business size standard of $ 7.5 million. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, all contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System with Award Management (SAM) database. The website for registration is www.sam.gov. The contractor is to supply and install the three dryers for the FCI Low within the Federal Correctional Complex. The three dryers must be 170 LB capacity. The dryers being solicited for are Continental KT170NNN0RNA3W00 or approved equal as it is stated in the Statement of Work (SOW). If the vendor is submitting a proposal for the three dryers that needs to be approved as it is stated, “or approved equal” in the SOW, contractors must documents what they are bidding for evaluation for award. Contractor must include extended specifications and/or manufacturer name and part numbers (if applicable). Failure to do this shall result in non-consideration of the BID/Proposal/Quotation. This information is REQUIRED in order for a contractor’s BID/PROPOSAL/QUOTATION to be evaluated for award. The solicitation will be open from June 15, 2021 until June 22, 2021 and all solicitations must be submitted no later than 14:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time (EST) on June 22, 2021.
