The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex (FCC), located at 846 NE 54th Terrace Coleman, Florida, is placing this solicitation for Mortuary/Burial Services. The contractor shall provide complete burial and mortuary services as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW). This solicitation should result in the offer of a contract award with a base year with two option years. The contract shall extend from the effective date of award, August 1, 2021 through 12 months, July 31, 2022, with the Government's unilateral right to exercise an additional Two Option Years. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with fixed-firm unit prices. The two additional Option Years are as follows: Option Year 1: August 1, 2022 to September 30, 2023 Option Year 2: August 1, 2021 to September 30, 2024 The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code is 812210, with a small business size standard of $ 7.5 million. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, all contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System with Management Award (SAM) database. The website for registration is www.sam.gov. The solicitation period will be open from April 20, 2021 until May 5, 2021. The proposals are due no later than 3:00 pm on May 5, 2021, however, this is a projected estimate and contractors should refer to page 1 of the soliciation (Block #8) for the actual date quotations are due.
