COMPOSITE-TOE SAFETY BOOTS/SHOES This is a Sources Sought Notice and not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to gain knowledge of qualified, potential contractors and their socio-economic size classification in accordance with NAICS code 424340, Footwear Merchant Wholesalers. Responses will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After a review of the responses to this Sources Sought Notice, a solicitation announcement may be posted. A response to this Sources Sought Notice is not an adequate reply to a potentially forthcoming solicitation. FCC Coleman Federal Prison in Coleman, Florida is seeking qualified potential contractors to provide on-site sale of composite-toe safety boots and shoes. The contractor should be prepared to provide a variety of shoes and boots for staff to try on and select. The contractor will provide a place for staff to try on the shoes/boots. Male and female style boots/shoes must be provided. Staff selection is for immediate issue and not to be delivered at a later date. All shoes and boots must have a composite toe and black in color.
