Senstar is proprietary with their training and only their technicians can perform this work. Additionally, the Senstar Symphony Fiber Patrol PIDS is the only fiber PIDS which meets the FAR Part 8, required sources of supplies and services which requires procurements to be authorized in accordance with requirements set forth by the Federal Information Technology Acquisition Reform Act (FIT ARA), bY Central Office IPPA. Senstar technicians are the only individuals with the training to make the new system communicate with the existing hardware.
