The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Detention Center, Philadelphia intends to issue solicitation 15B21723Q00000031 for the acquisition of one (1) Mobile X-Ray Machine. This machine shall be utilized inside the inmate housing units that will detect for contraband. This shall be a requirements type contract with firm fixed pricing, FOB Destination with full delivery by December 31, 2023. Delivery shall be addressed to Federal Detention Center, Philadelphia, 700 Arch Street, Philadlephia, PA 19106. This solicition shall be determined by lowest price technically and available. The Government reserves the right to award to responsible vendor(s) whose offer, conforms to the solicitation, and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Past performance will be considered approximately equal in value to price. Past Performance (poor past performance, failure to deliver awarded items in the past, not meeting required specifications, etc.), may result with the vendors quotes being considered as a non-responsible vendor.
