This package contains all necessary information for you to submit to the government your price per mattress. These items shall be utilized by the inmate population housed at FDC, Philadelphia. Mattresses shall be similiar to Econo Clear Detention Mattress with pillow included inside. Size 25W X 75L X 4.5H. Mattress material and contents shall comply with Fire Retardant ASTM F1085 Federal Flammability Standards 16. Contractor must provide documentation with compliance to these standards.
