The contract type is a requirements contract with firm-fixed prices. The Contracting Officer holds the rights for the dismissal of the awarded party and dissolution of the contract if contract goals and schedules are not met. The contract shall consist of a one-phase process to procure and deliver equipment meeting the specified qualifications.
