This is a sources sought notice for market research purposes only, not a solicitation. The Federal Bureau of Prisons anticipates a firm-fixed-price construction contract for the Upgrade Fire Pump project at FCI Elkton, located at 8730 Scroggs Road, Lisbon, OH 44432. The estimated magnitude of the project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Interested small business contractors must be registered in SAM and capable of performing the work as a prime contractor. A synopsis of the proposed contract action will be posted at a later date with further instructions.
