The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution Elkton, Ohio intends to issue a solicitation for the requirements of: Installation of Equipment for Above Ground Storage Tanks. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination, Completion of work is estimated to be by August 30, 2019. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, which is considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 10, 2019, and will be posted to the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. See attached Statement of Work (SOW) for requirements for the installation of equipment for above ground storage tanks at FCI Elkton. Vendor must submit valid proof of insurance with the quote. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is May 30, 2019 at 2:00 pm. EST. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Each offer is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via the On-line Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Faith-Based and Community Based Organizations (AUG 2005) is included.
