This is a Request for Information (RFI) for market research to identify qualified SBA-certified entity-owned 8(a) construction firms capable of removing and replacing approximately 2000 linear feet of concrete flatwork. The government seeks a partner that can self-perform at least 40% of the work using its own workforce. A key requirement is that the firm has a bona fide place of business within 100 miles of Waymart, Pennsylvania. This is not a solicitation, and no contract will be awarded from this RFI. The Capabilities Statement must not include pricing and should be submitted with an SBA 8(a) Certification Letter and a Bonding Capacity Letter.
