The Federal Bureau of Prisons, United State Penitentiary Canan intends to issue solicitation 15B21525Q00000002, for the acquisition of Milk/Dairy items for delivery to the United States Penitentiary Canaan, Waymart, PA. The acquisition is unrestricted. Terms are FOB Destination with delivery REQUIRED during the months of October, November, December 2024 on a weekly basis. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make a formal single award or multiple awards based on best value. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government. The evaluation factors are price, past performance, and technical with past performance far more important than price and technical. The solicitation will be made available on or about August 16, 2024 and will be posted to the beta.sam.gov website. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site.
