The site visit is scheduled for Friday April 2nd at 10am. The site visit is not mandatory but prospective offerors are highly encouraged to attend. All interested parties must submit the attached NCIC form to Brian Filbert, Engineering Technician, no later than March 31st for consideration. Forms will be emailed directly to Mr. Filbert at bfilbert@bop.gov. This requirement is brand name or equal. Pricing is to include delivery of items, removal of old ovens, delivery and installation of the new ovens. If you are offering a different product the exterior dimensions must be identical to the requested Item. Item#1: Baxter Oven Model #OV210G1 Please refer to the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for all technical details. A site visit is scheduled for Friday April 2nd at 10:00 EST for interested vendors. Vendors are not REQUIRED to attend the site visit and may still submit a quote. If parties would like to attend the site visit, you MUST submit the name or names of the individuals who would like to attend by Wednesday March 31st as background checks must be processed for admittance to the facility.
