The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Insitution Otisville, NY intends to issue solicitation 15B21521Q00000046, for the acquisition of dairy items for delivery to the United States Penitentiary Canaan, Waymart, PA. The acquisition is unrestricted. Terms are FOB Desination with weekly delivery during the months of July through September. The contract type is a firm fxed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government. The evaluation factors are price, past performance, and technical with all three being equal. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 18, 2021 and will be posed to the beta.sam.gov website.
