The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, Grand Prairie, TX, intends to issue Solicitation 15B21222Q00000003 for the provision of Alcoholism & Substance Abuse Program Services. The contractor will provide the Program in the Education Department at FCI Ray Brook, located at 128 Ray Brook Road, Ray Brook, NY 12977. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit price. The Government intends to make a single award to a quoter, pursuant to an affirmative determination of responsibility, whose quotation, conforming to requirements of the solicitation, is determined to be the best value to the Government considering price and past performance history. The solicitation will be available on or about January 14, 2022 and will be distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunities website at sam.gov.
