SEE ATTACHED SF30 FORM The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award for the provision of solid waste and recycling removal services for the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Ray Brook, Ray Brook New York. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 562111 – Solis Waste Collection (Size Standard: $41,500,000.00). This solicitation is being issued as a small business concern. The Government contemplates awarding of an indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contracts with firm-fixed unit prices resulting from the future solicitation. The anticipated Effective Date of Award (EDOA) is October 1, 2021. The resulting contract will include a base year from the EDOA through 12 months from EDOA with four (4) possible 12-month option periods for renewal at the discretion of the Government. The Government anticipates requiring the solid waste collection and recycling services in accordance with the statement of need for the base period and (4) four twelve month option periods. All duties shall be performed in accordance with standards and methods generally accepted within the industry and in compliance with all Federal and State policies and regulations. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 6, 2021 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.beta.sam.gov/.
