The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award for the supply of approximately eight thousand two hundred fifty (8,250) tons of hot mix asphalt and approximately two thousand five hundred (2,500) gallons of tack coat. All hot mix asphalt and tack coat will be delivered to the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Ray Brook at 128 Ray Brook Road, Ray Brook, NY 12977. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 324121 (Size Standard: 500 employees). This solicitation is being issued on an unrestricted basis. The Government contemplates awarding of firm-fixed-price purchase order from this solicitation. All duties shall be performed in accordance with standards and methods generally accepted within the industry and in compliance with all Federal and State policies and regulations. The contractor will provide the supplies in accordance with the Statement of Work. The solicitation will be made available on or about June 5, 2019 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/.
