The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution Otisville NY, is issuing the combined synopsis solicitation for the acquisition of an 11’ straight plow with Hydro spreader to be fitted to a 2019 Mack Granite 64B, 6x6 Dump Truck. The Government intends to make a single award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be the lowest price technically acceptable, technical evaluation will be considered equal to price for award.
