The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award for the provision of onsite mobile diagnostic testing for inmates located at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Otisville, New York. The physical address for Two Mile Drive Otisville, New York 10963. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 621512 (Size Standard: $16,500,000). This solicitation is being issued as a small business set-aside. The Government contemplates awarding of a contract with firm-fixed unit prices resulting from this solicitation. The anticipated Effective Date of Award (EDOA) is June 1, 2021. The resulting contract will include a base year from the EDOA through 12 months from EDOA with four (4) possible 12-month option periods for renewal at the discretion of the Government. It is anticipated that an average clinic will consist of 10 to 15 inmates per clinic with a yearly estimate of 65 CT scans, 35 CT scans with contrast, 35 MRI scans, 10 MRI scans with contrast, 85 general ultrasounds, 7 vascular ultrasounds, and 22 echocardiograms ultrasounds. All duties shall be performed in accordance with standards and methods generally accepted within the industry and in compliance with all Federal and State policies and regulations.
