The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution Otisville NY, intends to issue solicitation 15B211204thQTRBREAD for the acquisition of fresh bread products. The estimated quarterly quantities are 4,000 loaves wheat bread, 15,756ea hot dog buns, and 30,000ea hamburger buns. This shall be a requirements type contract with firm fixed pricing for the period of July 1, 2020 to September 30, 2020. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution Otisville, Two Mile Drive Otisville, NY 10963-0600 once a week. The Government intends to make a single award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, and with past performance and price considered equivalent. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 12, 2020 and will be posted to the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website: www.Beta.sam.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site.
