The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution Otisville NY, intends to issue solicitation 15B211203RDQTRBREAD for the acquisition of fresh bread products. The estimated quarterly quantities are 4,000 loaves wheat bread, 15,756ea hot dog buns, 30,000ea hamburger buns. This shall be a requirements type contract with firm fixed pricing for the period of April 1, 2020 to June 30, 2020. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution Otisville, Two Mile Drive Otisville, NY 10963-0600 once a week. The Government intends to make a single award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, and with past performance and price considered equivalent. The solicitation will be made available on or about February 12, 2020 and will be posted to the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website: www.Beta.sam.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this solicitation. Faith based and community based organizations can submit offers/ quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The anticipated date of receipt of quotes is March 3rd, 2020 at 11:00am EST Payment will be made using the Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) or purchase card. Each offeror is required to be registered in www.SAM.gov complete with representations and certifications.
