The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution Otisville, NY, intends to issue solicitation 15B21119Q3EGGS for the acquisition of fresh whole eggs. The estimated quarterly quantity is 4,800 dozen. This shall be a requirements type contract with firm fixed pricing for the period of January 1st, 2019 to March 31, 2019. This solicitation is being set aside for small business. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution Otisville, Two Mile Drive Otisville, NY 10963-0600 once every two weeks. The Government intends to make a single award to the responsible Vendor whose offer conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, and with past performance and price considered. The solicitation will be made available on or about February 6, 2019 and will be posted to the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website: http:/www.fbo.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site.
