The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution Otisville NY, intends to issue solicitation15B211194THQTRDairy for the acquisition of Dairy products. The estimated quarterly quantities are 122,300 half pints of skim kosher certified milk, 50 ea, five pound containers of cottage cheese , 20- 5lb containers of Sour Cream. This shall be a requirements type contract with firm fixed pricing for the period of July 1, 2019 to September 30, 2019. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution Otisville, Two Mile Drive Otisville, NY 10963-0600 twice a week on Monday and Thursday no later than 12:00pm but not before 8:00am.The Government intends to make a single award to the responsible Vendor whose offer conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, and with past performance and price considered equivalent (poor past performance, failure to deliver awarded items in the past, not meeting required specifications, etc.), may result with the vendors quotes being considered as a non-responsible vendor. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 6th, 2019 and will be posted to the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website: http:/www.fbo.gov.
